Non Metallic Flexible Expansion Joints play a vital role in various process industries were Flue Gas, hot air, hot Gas is the medium. They are used for the following purposes.

> To accommodate thermal Expansion of the ducts due to temperature

> To accommodate minor duct misalignments and plant settle,

> To prevent any vibration getting transferred to the duct from the rotating/vibrating equipments

We have developed multilayer fabric flexible expansion joint specially designed to meet the requirements of the applications.

Replacement and Spare Fabrics

At Alta Vista, we supply all kinds of Fabrics and Insulation pillow for any kind of damaged / worn out Non Metallic Expansion Joints at site. In addition to the process parameter and dimension, we also consider duct misalignments and plant settling in the present system and supply a product which is suitable to install.

Kiln Inner & Outer Lamella Seals and Lamella Plates

At our workshop we can manufacture and supply kiln sealing cloth and Curtain which is widely used to prevent any false air entry in to the kiln.  We can supply the same for kilns of various diameters. The combination of layers offered is suitable to. Withstand kiln temperature up 1400 Deg C. We also supply the kiln retaining plates made of spring steel and Outlet wearing seal segments to ensure proper positioning and stiffness of the lamella seal. They are made according to the fitting arrangement at site

Rocker Arm ( Reverse Air ) Seal Joint and Chute

Alta Vista recommended two options to reduce energy loss from false air / vacuum leak. The installation of Non Metallic Expansion Mil seal joint between the mil roller and mill casing and avoided false air leak.  However, the exact investment costs could not be quantified because the mechanical seal was designed and produced in-house and the leak survey and repair was conducted by regular staff with the assistance of Alta Vista.

The bellows and expansion joints can be tailor made to meet specific requirements of the customer within the available product range. Metallic Bellows expansion joints are designed as per EJMA standard. Bellows expansion joints are employed in piping systems to absorb differential thermal expansion while containing the system pressure. Belt Conveyors can be used to convey practically any type of solids. The belt Conveyors which we manufacture are modular in construction. We manufacture modules in length of 2500 MM to 10mtrs, Leg-supports are bolted to the frames. Working widths will range from 50 MM to 1500 MM, depending upon the application.

Application - Light & Medium Duty

Optional Attachments - For inclined applications, belt Conveyors can be supplied with cleats & side walls. Heights of cleats & side walls are designed as per capacity & the application.
